Experience a multitude of holistic healing techniques and an Angel Card Message while resting comfortably on anti-gravity chairs.
Each guest receives a Sage Bath, a guide in breath control, a short Guided Meditation, and a healing crystal to take home.

Bring your crystals with you, each class offers a new one to add to your crystal bag.

SOUND BATH HEALING MEDITATION

Sound Therapy has grown in popularity, and scientific studies have shown it improves and transforms a range of conditions, within all four bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

During this class, you will be taken on a blissful sound journey away from all your responsibilities. Enjoy the tranquil vibrational tones of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks, while allowing the physical body to rest comfortably in anti-gravity chairs. Each person will receive an angel message and receive a crystal to take home.

MONDAY EVENING TUNE INTO YOGA w/ Jaclyn

Join this beginner-friendly Vinyasa flow to move out of the head and into the heart.
All levels are welcome!
This practice consists of gentle stretching to warm up and open the body. Guided box-breathing breathwork will assist you in finding your center & slowing down the mind. Expect to build some heat and increase your heart rate through warrior sequences. We then begin to cool down the body and prepare for our Savasana. During Savasana, you will receive a mini vibrational frequency tuning session. An energetic healing modality that will tune you to the frequency of love.

Wear comfortable moving clothing, and minimal jewelry, eat a light meal about 1 hour & a half to 2 hours before practice, and please confirm if you will be in attendance.

Bring your mat or use one of ours.

WEDNESDAY EVENING RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga is a restful, comfortable, and still style of yoga. It involves a series of 4 to 6 relaxing passive poses using props to support the body.

Restorative yoga allows the body to heal from injury and is perfect for a (re)start of one’s practice after surgery. This is an excellent practice during pregnancy or for someone with limited mobility, (please note this practice is done on the floor) (chair yoga is best for someone unable to lower down to the floor). It is also an excellent practice for stress/tension relief or rejuvenating all our bodies.

Using provided props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc. placed under the body for support, comfortably creating the pose allows one to relax and rejuvenate. This style of yoga offers all the benefits of yoga practice without doing any of the work.

You can bring a mat or use ours. Wear comfortable moving clothing, and minimal jewelry, eat a light meal about 1 hour & a half to 2 hrs before practice, and please confirm if you will be in attendance.

THURSDAY NIGHT GENTLE YOGA

The Practice of Yoga is a complete healing experience, aligning the mind, body & spirit. The physical posture or Asana is a moving meditation that links all aspects of our being. By bringing your attention within and coordinating the breath with each movement of the body the meditative healing begins.

This is an all-level yoga class designed for every "body". In this class, we will be practicing basic gentle yoga poses that will help release stress, open joints, and stretch tight muscles, tendons, and ligaments, while connecting to the self.
This is your practice......you practice at your pace.

Each class begins with clearing, connecting, and messages from our angels. We conclude with a delicious aromatherapy spray and sound therapy healing during rest!

Classes with Terri are wonderful, a little bit of everything but mainly yoga. Easy to follow her directions, great ambient, I want to give my body and mind the opportunity to relax, that is what I am getting there :)
